Generating Reports

Once you have selected the contacts, you can then generate a report. This report is useful to send to a client, or keep in your files so you have a record of who you sent your release to.

The report is also useful as telephone contact sheet. You can generate a report based on Media Type, Address, Phone Number, etc. This list is useful for following up with a phone call or hard copy press kit.

Your report can be printed, or exported to an HTML file.
